Need to cancel or change your order? You can modify or cancel any Handyswap order before it ships.
Cancel an Order
Go to handyswap.com/orders and sign in to your account.
Find the order you want to cancel and click Cancel Order.
Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Note: Cancellation refunds are processed immediately and appear on your statement within 2-5 business days.
Modify Before Shipping
Shipping address: Update your delivery address in the order details before the order ships.
Payment method: Change your payment method by contacting support (live chat or email).
Device configuration: Cancel the existing order and place a new one with the desired configuration.
Warning: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Modifications are only possible while the order status shows "Processing." Once an order shows "Shipped," it cannot be modified.
After the Order Ships
Wait for delivery and initiate a standard return at handyswap.com/returns.
Refuse delivery — the package will be returned to Handyswap automatically.
Contact the carrier to redirect the shipment (carrier redirect fees may apply).
Refund timing for cancellations: Credit card refunds appear within 2-5 business days. PayPal refunds take 3-5 business days.
