Cancel an unshipped Handyswap order or change shipping address and payment method before delivery.

Need to cancel or change your order? You can modify or cancel any Handyswap order before it ships.

Cancel an Order

  • Go to handyswap.com/orders and sign in to your account.

  • Find the order you want to cancel and click Cancel Order.

  • Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Note: Cancellation refunds are processed immediately and appear on your statement within 2-5 business days.

Modify Before Shipping

  • Shipping address: Update your delivery address in the order details before the order ships.

  • Payment method: Change your payment method by contacting support (live chat or email).

  • Device configuration: Cancel the existing order and place a new one with the desired configuration.

Warning: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Modifications are only possible while the order status shows "Processing." Once an order shows "Shipped," it cannot be modified.

After the Order Ships

  • Wait for delivery and initiate a standard return at handyswap.com/returns.

  • Refuse delivery — the package will be returned to Handyswap automatically.

  • Contact the carrier to redirect the shipment (carrier redirect fees may apply).

Refund timing for cancellations: Credit card refunds appear within 2-5 business days. PayPal refunds take 3-5 business days.
