You can update your delivery preferences as long as your order hasn’t been fully processed or delivered.
Before Your Order Ships
Contact our support team via chat or email as soon as possible.
We can:
Update your shipping address
Correct minor details (e.g., apartment number, postal code)
Cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct information
Important:
Address changes are time-sensitive and not guaranteed once processing begins
Orders may be processed quickly, especially during business hours
Double-check your address before placing your order to avoid delays
After Your Order Ships
Once your parcel has been handed over to DHL, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address.
However, you can manage your delivery through DHL using your tracking link:
Reschedule delivery to a different date
Redirect to a DHL ServicePoint for pickup
Request delivery to a safe place (if available in your area)
Sign up for delivery notifications (SMS/email)
Note: Available options may vary depending on your country and shipment status.
Redirecting Your Parcel
In some cases, DHL may allow you to:
Redirect your shipment to a nearby ServicePoint
Hold your parcel for pickup
This is often the fastest solution if you’re unavailable at the original address.
If the Address Is Incorrect
DHL may attempt delivery and mark it as failed
The parcel could be returned to us if delivery is not possible
If your parcel is returned:
We will contact you to confirm the correct address
Re-shipping fees may apply depending on the situation
Additional Tips
Always include a valid phone number at checkout for delivery coordination
Monitor your tracking regularly for updates or delivery attempts
If you miss a delivery, DHL will usually attempt redelivery or provide next steps
