We take payment security seriously and ensure every purchase is safely processed and fully documented for tax and warranty purposes.

Payment Security

Your payment information is protected using industry-standard security measures:

  • All card and Klarna transactions are processed by certified, PCI-compliant payment providers

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers

  • Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) across all pages

  • Additional verification steps (such as 3D Secure) may be required for certain transactions

Fraud Prevention:

  • Orders may be automatically screened for unusual activity

  • In some cases, we may request additional verification or cancel an order for security reasons

Invoices & Proof of Purchase

After completing your order:

  • A digital invoice is sent to your email confirmation address

  • The invoice includes:

    • Billing details

    • Product information

    • Total amount paid

    • VAT breakdown

    • Order Number

You can also access your invoice anytime via your Handyswap account:

  • Go to “My Orders

    • Select your order

    • Download the invoice as a PDF

VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • All prices shown on our website include VAT for customers in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium

  • The exact VAT amount is clearly displayed on your invoice

  • No additional VAT is charged upon delivery

Business Customers (B2B)

  • If you are purchasing as a business, ensure your billing details are correct at checkout

  • VAT information cannot always be modified after the invoice is issued

  • Reverse charge or VAT exemption may apply in specific cases (subject to eligibility and validation)

If you didn’t receive your invoice or notice incorrect details:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Verify the email address used during checkout
