We ship all orders with DHL to ensure fast, traceable delivery across Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. All the orders are shipped from our fulfilment center based in Krefeld Germany , and there are no shipping cost or extra customs charges for customers in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping methods
DHL (standard for all smartphones and tablets)
DHL with age verification and signature (for high‑value orders, where required)
All methods include tracking, delivery updates, and proof of delivery.
Delivery times
From the moment your order is handed to DHL:
Germany: 2-4 business days
Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Belgium: 2-4 business days
During peak periods (launch weeks, major holidays, or unexpected DHL disruptions), deliveries may take an extra day.
Order processing
Orders placed on business days before cut‑off 13:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after cut‑off or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day.
