We ship all orders with DHL to ensure fast, traceable delivery across Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Shipping is from within the EU, and there are no extra customs charges for customers in these countries.
Shipping methods
DHL (standard for all smartphones and tablets)
DHL with age verification (for some high‑value orders, where required)
All methods include tracking, delivery updates, and proof of delivery.
Delivery times
From the moment your order is handed to DHL:
Germany: Usually 2-4 business days
Netherlands: Usually 2-4 business days
Belgium: Usually 2-4 business days
During peak periods (launch weeks, major holidays, or unexpected DHL disruptions), deliveries may take an extra day.
Order processing
Orders placed on business days before cut‑off (typically 13:00 CET) are usually shipped the 2-4 days.
Orders placed after cut‑off or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day.
