We want you to love your Handyswap. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Here is how.
Eligibility
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Devices must be in original condition with no physical damage beyond normal handling.
All original accessories must be included (cable, SIM tool, documentation).
Both new and activated devices are eligible for return.
Proof of purchase required.
Step Return Process
Back up and sign out. Transfer your data and sign out of all accounts on the device.
Factory reset. Go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase All Data.
Initiate your return. Visit handyswap.com/returns, enter your order number, and select the items to return.
Print the prepaid label. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship your return. Pack the device with all accessories in the original box (or a sturdy alternative) and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Device inspection is completed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued within 24 -48 hours of inspection completion.
Note: Devices with physical damage (cracked screen, water damage, bent frame) are not eligible for return. Devices returned with account locks will be sent back to you.
