Eligibility

Q: Which devices are eligible for trade-in?


We accept iPhone models older than the iPhone 11.

Q: Can I trade in a damaged device?


Yes, but the value may be lower depending on the level of damage.

Q: Do I need to include accessories?


No. Only the device itself is required. Original box and accessories are not needed but may slightly increase your trade-in value.

Q: How is the trade-in value determined?


The value is based on:
Device model

  • Storage capacity

  • Physical condition

  • Functional status

Payment

Q: When will I receive my credit?


You will receive your store credit within 2–3 days after your device is inspected.

Q: What if my device condition is different from what I selected?


If the condition is different, we will send you a new offer.

You can: Accept the new price, or Ask us to return your device for free

Shipping

Q: How long does the whole process take?


It usually takes 5–7 business days:

  • 2–3 days for shipping

  • 2 days for inspection

  • 1 day for credit processing

Q: Is shipping free?


Yes, shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid shipping label. If your device is returned, that is also free.
