Eligibility

Q: Which devices are eligible for trade-in?

A: We accept most smartphones from major brands including Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Huawei. Devices must power on, not be reported lost or stolen, and must not have an active carrier or account lock.

Q: Can I trade in a damaged device?

Yes, but the value may be lower depending on the level of damage.

Q: Do I need to include accessories?

A: No. Only the device itself is required. Original box and accessories are not needed but may slightly increase your trade-in value.

Q: How is the trade-in value determined?

A: The value is based on:

  • Device model

  • Storage capacity

  • Physical condition

  • Functional status

Payment

Q: When will I receive my credit?

A: You will receive your store credit within 2–3 days after your device is inspected.

Q: What if my device condition is different from what I selected?

A: If the condition is different, we will send you a new offer.

You can: Accept the new price, or Ask us to return your device for free

Shipping

Q: How long does the whole process take?

A: It usually takes 5–7 business days:

  • 2–3 days for shipping

  • 2 days for inspection

  • 1 day for credit processing

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yes, shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid shipping label. If your device is returned, that is also free.
