How to Replace Your Device

Swap your phone for a different model, color, or storage capacity within 30 days.

Changed your mind about the model, color, or storage capacity? You can exchange your device within 30 days of delivery — no restocking fee.

Replace Options

  • Same model, different configuration: Swap for a different color or storage capacity.

  • Different model: Upgrade or switch to a different model. Price differences will be charged or refunded.

  • Accessories: Replace accessories within 2-4 days of purchase after inspection.

3-Step Replace Process

  • Start your replace. Visit handyswap.com/returns, select "Exchange" as the return reason, and choose your preferred replacement device.

  • Ship your current device. Back up data, factory reset, pack with all accessories, and ship using the prepaid label provided.

  • Receive your replacement. Your new device ships once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days).

Express Replacement

Need your new device sooner? Choose Express replace and we will ship your replacement within 2-5 business days — before we receive your current device.

  • A temporary hold is placed on your payment method (equal to the value of the replacement device).

  • The hold is released once we receive and inspect your returned device.

Important: There is no restocking fee for exchanges within the 30-day window. You only pay the price difference if upgrading to a higher-value device.
