What to Do If My Parcel Is Late or Missing

Steps to take if your DHL delivery is delayed, shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or is lost.

Most DHL shipments arrive on time, but delays can happen. Here is what to do if your parcel is late or appears to be missing.

If your parcel is delayed

  • Check tracking for any DHL exceptions or messages.

  • Confirm your shipping address in your Handyswap order.

  • Wait 1-2 extra business days beyond the estimated delivery date.

If there is still no movement, contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll open a case with DHL and keep you updated.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have nothing

  • Check your mailbox, building lobby, and any safe place (porch, garage, parcel locker).

  • Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the parcel.

  • If you still can’t find it, contact us within 48 hours.

Note: We may request a short declaration from you; then we coordinate with DHL for an investigation and either send a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
