Wireless Charging

  • Standard Qi: Up to 15W with any Qi-certified charger.

  • MagCharge: Up to 25W with Handyswap MagCharge pad (sold separately).

  • Reverse wireless charging: Charge compatible earbuds, watches, or other phones by placing them on the back.

Safety Tips

  • Always use certified chargers and cables (USB-IF, Qi, or Handyswap-certified). Non-certified accessories can damage your battery or void your warranty.

  • Remove thick cases when using wireless charging — thick or metal cases can block the charging signal and generate excess heat.

  • Do not charge on soft surfaces (beds, couches, pillows) — this traps heat and can cause overheating.

  • Avoid intensive use during fast charging (gaming, video recording) as this generates significant heat.

Troubleshooting

  • Device not charging: Try a different cable and adapter. Clean the USB-C port with compressed air. Restart your device.

  • Slow charging: Ensure you are using the included 45W adapter. Close intensive apps. Check that Fast Charging is enabled in Settings > Battery > Charging.

  • Optimized Charging pauses at 80%: This is intentional. Your device learns your routine and completes charging before you typically unplug. You can disable it in Settings > Battery > Optimized Charging.
